The pool was closed for some extensive maintenance work, which was a major letdown since we had hoped to take a dip. The breakfast options were quite basic, with the hot items served cold. The noise level was also an issue during my stay. plumbing sounds echoed throughout the night, making it hard to get quality rest.

Staying at Loei Palace Hotel was a fantastic experience for me. The room was spacious and very clean, with comfortable beds and a lovely view. I particularly appreciated the beautiful park next to the hotel, perfect for my morning walks. The staff, including Kuhn Xiva Thong, were extremely courteous and prompt with any requests, making me feel truly welcomed. Breakfast offered a decent variety, although I found the hot items were served cold. the plumbing noise in the room was bothersome during the night. Aside from these minor issues, I would definitely come back to this hotel for its overall charm and welcoming atmosphere.

Huge rooms and great views

Really loved how spacious our room was and the mountain views were just wow! The staff were super friendly and helped us out with everything we needed. Breakfast offered a decent spread, yet the pool was def way too cold for a dip when we visited. All in all, very enjoyable stay!
